Do you, or does a young person in your care, have a desire to learn more about offstage roles in theatre? From lighting, to marketing to fundraising - there’s so much that goes on behind the scenes at the theatre.

Rifco is excited to announce its very first Young Associates programme. The week offers a chance for young people to try their hand at some of the vital skills that help make theatre the magical experience it is. With workshops led by industry professionals, and a chance to immerse yourself in the world of theatre for a week, we’re looking forward to opening our doors to a small group of passionate young people who will be the future of our theatre industry.

We’re aiming to engage with British South Asians aged between 14-18 yrs, looking to develop a new skill/talent - or just simply have fun and make new friends. If you think this is you, you can apply here.

- Between 14-18 yrs old

- British South Asian

- A UK resident

Rifco’s Young Associates week will take place at Watford Palace Theatre, so applicants must be within commuting distance of the theatre. The programme will run from 12th-15th February 2024. It is completely free of charge.
